To increase transparency and accountability under the new LCFF/LCAP and ESSA laws,

To promote inclusion of all stakeholders as genuine partners in school decision-making,

To update meeting agendas and packet materials in ways that promote more authentic

engagement of the public,

To provide stakeholders with the clear, accessible financial information they need to give

informed and meaningful input for decision-making.

WHAT IS THE DISTRICT OFFICE ACTUALLY AFRAID OF?  Why are a few people so adamant to remain

secretive concerning our taxpayer funding for local education?   Could it be that they are scared that

we will find errors, misjudgment, carelessness, or actual abuse in handling public funds?   It may be that

they do not want any interference in their current status as sole decision-makers, do not want to share
