Take a look at this poster INVITATION to another meeting held in our community. It really makes you feel that you are wanted, doesn't it? There are incentives to attend, and it sounds like a friendly environment where you can feel free to share your ideas!
Do school meeting notices look and sound like this? Do they make you want to attend by making you feel that you are welcome and that your participation is important ? OR are they simply "announcements" rather than real "invitations?" Are you truly WANTED?
